About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Thales HSM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Thales HSM, with specific expertise in HashiCorp Vault & Service Now. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing and implementing HSM solutions, and providing ongoing support.

Experience Required: 2 to 15 Years
Location: Remote

1. Thales HSM Management:•
Configure, manage, and maintain Thales HSMs, ensuring high availability and security.
Perform HSM initialization, partitioning, and key management.
Implement and manage HSM policies and procedures.

2. HashiCorp Vault Integration:•
Integrate HashiCorp Vault with Thales HSM for secure key management and storage.
Configure Vault to use HSM for master key wrapping, automatic unsealing, and entropy augmentationhttps
Ensure secure generation, storage, and protection of encryption keys using FIPS 140-2 or FIPS 140-3 validated hardware.

3.ServiceNow Integration:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows for HSM and Vault operations.
Automate key management processes and incident response using ServiceNow.
Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and HSM/Vault for audit logging and compliance reporting.

4.Security and Compliance:
Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all HSM and Vault operationshttps://thalesdocs.com/gphsm/integrations/guides/hashicorp_vault/index.html.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., FIPS, GDPR).
Conduct regular security assessments and audits of HSM and Vault configurations.

5.Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for HSM and Vault-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between HSM, Vault, and ServiceNow.
Collaborate with security and IT teams to address vulnerabilities and improve security posture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience with Thales HSMs, including setup, configuration, and management.
• Proficiency in HashiCorp Vault, including integration with HSMshttps://cpl.thalesgroup.com/resources/encryption/hashicorp-vault-luna-hsm-integration-guide.
• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly in developing workflows and automation.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and key management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
