The client is a well-known home furnishing retail giant selling a broad range of products including kitchenware, furniture, bathroom products, and many more, all items at affordable prices for its customers across the globe. The client included a planning, loading, and delivery team to manage its delivery order. However, they faced tough challenges in streamlining the delivery order process due to the manual configuration of the loading team, delivery team, delivery vehicle, and route.

Delivery order planning schedule and updation of completed delivery orders status were also updated manually. Updating the delivery status in the ERP Navision system was also not done immediately leading to the cluelessness of the delivery order status quite easily. This inefficient and manual delivery management process led to many hassles and negative impacts on their overall delivery operations. So, the client approached us to build a comprehensive delivery order management system to overcome the above-mentioned operational shortcomings. With our meticulously developed web app and mobile app for the complete delivery order management process, the client was able to automate the delivery process with enhanced efficiency and productivity
