The client is a well-known medical technology manufacturer based out of Germany. They develop a wide range of best in-class systems and products for the medical field, including clinics, the home care sector, and private practices. However, the client faced certain challenges with its traditional event management process that was time-consuming, inefficient, high-cost, and led to miscommunication among the teams, difficulty in scaling, inadequate experience for users, and so on. The client also previously faced several challenges to perfectly organize the entire event cycle throughout pre-event, during-event, and post-event. In a nutshell, without digitizing the event management process, the overall success of events was compromised due to the ineffective flow.
