About Client

The client is a renowned home furnishing retail giant selling a wide range of products including kitchenware, furniture, bathroom products, and many more, all items at affordable prices for its customers across the globe. The client’s logistics process was managed by the ERP Navision system which was user license-based with high cost, so only a minimal number of user access was provided to the team. Also, the logistics process was entirely based on paper data such as customer invoices, goods handout confirmation, and so on leading to a highly time-consuming process. These eventually led to the improper tracking of the picking of goods by the logistics team through the Navision system.

The client faced challenges in finding products and the corresponding scanning process as they needed to get the data from customer invoices. So, the client approached us to build a comprehensive solution to overcome these hurdles in the warehouse operational process. Our team came up with a unique strategy to build a feature-rich SMGF app that can be synced with the ERP system and can hold all essential details like customer data, digital signature, stock count product transfer, and delivery details, scanning options, invoice details, so on, with easy access to the users. Thereby, the client was able to carry out a seamless logistics process.
